Vishal Rishi Srivastava leads the firm’s practice in white-collar defence, domestic & international arbitration, and commercial and contractual litigation, and holds a Master’s in International Dispute Resolution from the United Kingdom, giving him strong expertise in handling cross-border disputes. He advises clients across infrastructure, EPC, construction, energy, real estate, manufacturing, trading, and financial services on complex disputes, regulatory exposure, and international commercial issues.
